We want you to love your Agua Bendita pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and sanitary stickers are attached, and include the provided packing slip.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
